BES Business Enhancement Specialists was founded in 1995 by Andrea Mills. Since then she has been working in co-operation with collegues in companies of the economy, organisations and with single individuals to enhance the potential and excellence of her customers.
Since 1999 she runs her own training studio in Mönchengladbach, Margarethenstrasse 34. In 2002 Coaching was added to the services offered.

The BES philosophy is to support their customers offering all-inclusive services with regard to communication and management training as well as coaching on a long-term cooperative basis.
