How do we work together:

A professional coaching may follow certain steps

Contact phase

    * decision about a mutual cooperation, acceptance and respect for the
       individual, contractional issues

Orientation Phase

    * Mutual analysis of the problematic situation as well as a clear definition of
       the subjects to be dealt with

Diagnosis and Solution phase

    * Analysis of special problematic situations, developping and assessing the
      solutions, determining further strategic actions and finding alternative
      solutions

Realisation Phase

    * Putting plans into actions, training and practising new behaviour patterns with feedback by the coach

Final Phase

    * Reassessing the effectiveness, finalizing the cooperation or starting on a
       new determined action

The aim is to empower the coachee with all the ressources needed to assist him/herself in future situations.
