Andrea Mills *1957, started „BES – Business Enhancement Specialists“
(Personnel development, Personal Career Strategy and Coaching) in 1995
in Mönchengladbach, and has been working since then as trainer and coach
for various enterprises and organisations.
While studying at the
Free University of Berlin to finish her Master’s Degree in English
Language, Literature and Linguistics, she worked as a Language Trainer
for the US and UK Embassies in Berlin.
She has been a Member of
the Examination Committee for Trainers in Craft and Industry since 1996
(Chamber of Crafts, Düsseldorf) and possesses long-term experience as
Personnel Management Specialist in Recruitment with the Civilian
Personnel Division of the US Army Berlin; then an organisation with an
international workforce of 6000 people. Her additional qualifications
include a diploma in Personnel Management with the Management Academy in
Bad Harzburg and a Trainer License with distinction from Thames Valley
University, UK. She is a certified NLP Practitioner (by Dr. R. Bandler)
and received her Coaching Certificate from the Coaching Institute
Berlin.
With BES her responsibilities include organising and
designing workshops as well as training and coaching employees and
managers at all levels.
She also moderates workshops and trainings
for various companies in industry and organisations including Special
Management Seminars in both English and German.
In 1996 she, together
with Tim Mika, founded the BES-English Language School, which she is
now leading on her own.
